- Borland certainly still makes good compilers. They have two versions - Turbo
- C++ and Borland C++ - the "Turbo" product is less expensive, and has fewer
- "bells and whistles" than the Borland version, but is still a very complete
- system.

- I think the "Turbo" line has separate versions for DOS and Windows, while the
- Borland version will do both.
